members will be set up on an automated EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
or Credit Card billing system. Each month 7 Flags Fitness & Racquet
Club Corporate will manage your entire billing process and deposit
the collected balance directly into your checking account.

build-out costs. Our involvement doesn’t stop there; once
your store is open we will assist and monitor your ongoing business
to ensure you are optimizing the 7 Flags 24 Hour X-Press System.
Our systems and processes have been tested through our corporate
store before you have ever see them. You will appreciate the level of
detail we have dedicated to keeping your operating expenses low.
Flexibility:
Utilizing
the 7 Flags 24 Hour X-Press Fitness systems allows you incredible
flexibility in managing your schedule. Once your facility reaches
its projected MTB (members to breakeven) your stores staffed hours
will be adjusted to approximately 15 – 20
hours per week. In fact, it’s not uncommon for one franchisee
or manager to be able to operate two, three or four stores.
We offer
24- Hour Access
Through the use of the 7 Flags 24 Hour
X-Press door access systems, your members can access your facility
24 hours a day! Upon joining, each member 16 years or older will
receive a door access card. The card, coupled with our 24 hour
a day surveillance system, digitally documents who accesses your
facility and when. Our door access system is also tied into our
billing system. This way you are ensured that every person utilizing
your facility is a current paying member. Aside from providing
a safe secure environment for your members to workout, the 7 Flags
24 Hour X-Press will provide you with a monthly activity report
that can be used for marketing and membership retention purposes.
Remote
Observation and Surveillance
In addition to our 24 hour card access
system, the initial investment includes a remote surveillance monitoring
system. This will allow you to view your store activity (real time)
from your home,
office, or laptop computer.
