Fit Over 50

 

Provides basic cardio exercise knowledge and includes; determining your target heart rate for maximum outcome

Exercises are designed specifically for individuals of ages 50 and over. Through these exercises we address the common health related issues of ages 50 and over.

Teaches safe strength training techniques, proper range of motion and flexibility.

Small group focused - instructor can better assist you!
