The
benefit of advanced training utilizing a stability ball and cable
machine allows user to utilize advanced core and multiple muscle
movements. The ability to isolate without improper leverage will
not only target those areas around the arm pit, but also the obliques,
rectus abdominus, and lower back. Additional recruitment of the
biceps and the anterior deltoid also are initialized. The area
often referred to by women as “dunlop skin” that’s
the skin and tissue that hangs out and over the bra at the arm
pits. The benefits of this exercise are a firm and tone upper and
lower torso, while utilizing a muscle lengthening exercise. This
