A life on the road, announcing in venues
around the country is not good for ones health. This I
discovered the hard way. Eating the wrong foods at the wrong
time of day was making things even worse. When I started my
current program at 7 Flags i weighed in at 365, and now I weigh 212.
I adjusted the way I eat, what I eat, and the amount of time I spend
treating myself to quality time in the gym. Did I say "the
gym?" I meant to say My Gym. I love spending time with
like minded people at 7 Flags. The No pressure atmosphere is
what I need to make progress.
The trainers at 7 Flags keep it fun for
me. They offer a wide variety of things for me to do.
This keeps me coming back to fresh ideas and new concepts on
exercise. There truly is a New Attitude at 7 Flags. I
actually feel guilty when I'm not able to make it in to My Gym.
Now, when I work around and with some of
the best trained athletes in the world, I don't feel like the odd
man out. I am better able to relate to what these wrestlers
and athletes are going through each and every day.
I can't ever imagine not going in to 7
Flags to work out. It has become so much a part of me. |
