7 Flags’ Personal Training program is directed around the concept of helping you the client get what you’re looking for out of your health club. Whether it is losing weight, gaining muscle, toning, training for the marathon, or simply “getting in shape” our Personal Trainers can help you!

PERSONALIZATION

A personalized program that fits your gender, body, and your individual goals will be designed specifically for your workouts. You and your Personal Trainer will work together with your own program on a 1-on-1 basis to meet your goals!

As personal trainers of 7 Flags, we strive to give you the best we possibly can in every way we can.  It is important that you, as our client, get exactly what you want and need at 7 Flags.  Your goals and health are important to us. 

As certified personal trainers, with degrees ranging from Exercise Science to Wellness Management, we can help you reach any goal, whether it be general fitness or something more.  Our trainers specialize in general fitness, special populations, group exercise, ply metric training, injury prevention and rehabilitation among other areas.

You must ask yourself why a trainer is important.  Here is why.  From the very time we begin training you until you reach your goals, what ever they may be, we are here for you.  We will give you an exercise prescription that is right for you, taking into account your schedule, your life style, and your fitness level.  Who else will keep you motivated and accountable?  Who will change your workouts when you plateau and keep them fun and exciting?  We can help with your nutrition through counseling and RMR (Resting Metabolism Rate )testing.
