facilities have an array of cardio treadmills, elliptical
machines, ab machine and weight machines specific to a full body
workout. The gyms will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a
key card access. Membership to the X-Press clubs gives members full
access to the Mothership club's vast array of products and services,
and limited monthly use of the 130,000 square ft. Mothership club in Clive!
